Windows 7 partition not shown in items to back up
New installation of ABR advanced server with 6 ABR advanced workstations. Installed succesfully on XP pro, was a little buggy on the two windows 7 machines both failed to register to the AMS however I was able to manually add them. I created a backup plan and added the xp machine to it and it ran OK although it took over a full day to backup the image. I was wondering if this was typical or should I not do a full volume backup as a normal backup plan? The main problem though, is for the windows 7 machines while selecting "data to back up" choosing disk/volume there is nothing displayed in the window. It tells me "There is nothing to show in this view". When I change from disk/volume to files, it does show the contents of the computer. So I am at a loss, the user is an administrator so I know that is not the case. Thanks in advance for any help

That was it, evidently when I pushed it to these workstations it didn't install anything...... it pushes the files, but it fails on installation but will still let me connect remotely. I downloaded the file from the website to manually install, but it froze up. So I extracted the files and installed them one by one and it worked although when I tried to install the deduplication and universal restore it says I don't have a valid license but I did. I tried both the license server and specifying the key but to no avail. I'm going to quit for tonight and let it back up the volume but this one too is taking forever it is not even at 1% after 15 minutes is it supposed to take this long or can I tweak anything to speed up the process? The storage node is offsite and we connect over vpn tunnel through the internet but it is a high speed connection I wouldn't think that would be the cause. Anyway, thanks very much for the help -Steve
