Wont process recovery after reboot

Thread needs solution

After going through the recovery wizard and rebooting the PC to start the recovery, True Image Home boots to the OPERATION PROGRESS screen, which is blank and after a minute, it stops and reboots to the operating system without coping the backup to the C drive.

It did work once, but it copied the backup to an external drive and caused me to loss 30gb of iTunes and Photoshop work and other documents stored.

How do I get the recovery to work, or will this be the second time True Image Home has let me down and cause me to manual rebuild my PC.
