Backup Issues
Good evening
I have vmProtect 7 and atm updating to the latest release.
I have a wierd issue that keeps coming up randomly that it is a huge pain in the butt :(
On certain days the backup fails for 2 jobs with a miriad of errors.
I have attached the log files in a zip format.
The backup works some times and then other times it doesnt. It is really frustrating to come in to the office of the morning and see that it works on somedays and fails on others.
Any help in trying to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Allan,
Thank for using Acronis software.
This is a non standard issue, but it use to be related to VMware version.
Please try updating/upgrading your VMware ESX server software to the newest.
If it does not help, this issue will need investigation. Please gather the following information and contact our Support team.
1. Collect logs from Virtual Appliance.
2. Gather Acronis Info from the problematic virtual machines.
3. Collect network tracing logs while reproducing the issue with Wireshark utility.
