Unable to login to and activate online backup subscription

Thread needs solution

When I login i get to the screen "Subscription Selection" but it is all grayed out and just says loading. Has anyone seen this issue before. I'm using the latest build of vmProtect 6. This is a trial subscription and I just wish to make sure it works before we buy it.

It may be better to move this message to online backup forum http://forum.acronis.com/forums/other-home-home-office-products-discuss… (or wait... it is in 'home /home office products section. Does business line AOB belong here?) or contact support directly because there is the server part you that you can't check yourself. The first thing to check, though, is that you have trial subscription exactly for vmprotect, not a 'Virtual Machines' subscription for Backup & Recovery Virtual Edition.
