Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 got error after add Plan for NAS destination

Thread solved

Dear All

We have install Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 in old Windows 2008R2,

we want to migrade management center in Windows Server 2019,

I am trying to install Management Console in Win2019,

then type command in Client computer with "register_agnet.exe –o register –a X.X.X.X",

Win2019 CyberBackup can see the client register,

then I add the NAS backup as destination, I can see there are all of my original client backup,

and edit my client to use the NAS as destination,

when I click SAVE, the error message display for the below message,

Are there have anyone know how to fixed the problem,

thanks

Hi!

Basically, the instructions from the article should help you with changing the user account for Acronis Service Manager Service, however if the new installation is a valid option for you, I'd re-install the software then.
