Error retrieving image COD 1.901.379(0x1D0343)

Thread needs solution
I have an image taken from a PC that contains three boots.
1)- MSDOSS,
2)- Windows XP
3)- Windows 7.

I'm trying to recover the image of this PC in a WmWare virtual machine, but it has an error.
I've tried to restore using the Universal method, and when it reaches 55% this error appears on the partition containing windows XP.

Can someone help me .

The partition containing windows 7 worked fine, but the partition containing MSDOSS and Windows XP does not work.
The images show the error.

Thanks.

Hello Geraldo!

I doubt you can recover MSDOS to dissimilar hardware, XP might work but apparently you might need to make some changes to your VM: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1000863.

Win7 will work no problem as you've already seen.

How was this image created? Do you have other VMs with Dos and XP?

Hi Peter, yes I have a virtual machine with two boots  ,one of them is msDos and the other is a Windows XP and both work with no problems.

This recovery image im trying to recover has triple boot, that used to work normally in the native machine. But after the recovery just the windows 7 boot is working. While recovering, Acronis  throws the errors shown on the attachment.

Hello Geraldo,

Have you tried adding the missing drivers as described in https://kb.acronis.com/content/45432?  (check the Troubleshooting part -> Recovery fails with error message ->  An error messages related to drivers installation)
