acronis 12.5 the operation is not supported
This is my customer error.
Server environment
-Management server: Windows (server 2019) / Acronis 12.5-14330
-Agent: Linux (Red Hat 7.6) / Acronis 12.5-14330
I installed Acronis for the first time and the first backup worked fine.
However, after deleting the backup schedule and creating the backup schedule again, "the operation is not supported." Backup does not proceed with an error message.
Here are the methods I tried to solve this problem:
1. Restart Acronis services (both management server and agent)
2. Credential redirection (backup path: network)
3. Redirecting backups
What steps are needed to solve this problem?

The vault is unavailable.
Please check if the backup location is accessible from the Linux Agent machine at the time when this backup is scheduled to run.
