Backup job stuck at 98% for over 12 hours.

Help!

Clean install of AB12.5 build 14330.

One of the scheduled jobs (an ESXi configuration backup) is stuck at 98% and has been for over 12 hours.

The management server computer has been rebooted but still the job is showing as running.

How do I clear the job queue?

Hello Neil,

thank you for posting on Acronis forums.

The management server computer has been rebooted but still the job is showing as running.

Rebooting the AMS machine will not solve this issue. The Agent (Virtual Appliance) reports when the task is finished. Please collect Acronis System Information from the machine which backup stalls.

Please upload collected logs onto the FTP link that I've sent you in a Private Message and let me know when logs are ready.
