Cannot restore from shared folder - The activity has failed due to a restart of the service.

Thread needs solution

I installed Acronis agent on workstation DELL T3600. Acronis backup workstation image to shared folder successfully, but when I try restore image process stops on 15% and after 10-15 minutes I see this error

Error code: 1
Module: 309
LineInfo: 0x7564DA35B0F1EAF2

Message: The activity has failed due to a restart of the service.

What is the reason?

Welcome to Acronis forums!

You see this error message on Acronis Management Console because the machine that you restore reboots with Acronis Bootable Media in Linux-based mode. Acronis Agents for Windows stops working and informs the Management Console. This is normal situation. Restoration should continue.
