Getting weird "Backup did not start as scheduled" Alerts for future scheduled backups?

Thread needs solution

I'm getting weird "The backup did not start as scheduled" alerts from my Acronis 12.5 manager for backups that are scheduled 1 or 2 months in the future.   See the attached screenshot of one of these alerts that I received this week which shows the scheduled backup did not start, but it's scheduled to run on September 5, which is like 48 days from now.

I had this problem when I first installed Acronis back in May, 2018 on this system, and I recently updated the manager and agents to the lastest build Update 3.1, but I'm still getting these weird alerts.

The date & time on all machines in this system are sync'd and correct.

Any clue as to how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Michael,

I've discussed this issue internally and recommend raising a support ticket, as this is something that requires more in-depth investigation with the help of our engineers.

Let's reanimate old topic after 3 years.

The same issue on Acronis Backup 12.5 Build: 9010

There is any "Known Issue" in Knowledge Database for this case? I cannot find anything.

Hello Robert,

thank you for posting in this forum thread!

Here is a respective KB article: https://kb.acronis.com/content/57910

You should update the software to the latest available build in your account: the build that you use is very old, the fix has been implemented in one of a newer builds.
