Acronis CP- Backup failing every time

Thread needs solution

Hi, I purchases this only to backup my machine offsite. I purchased the extra 250GB package and my Windows 10 machine is 150GB used / 500GB hard drive. 

Every time since day 1 attempt the "entire machine" backup, it fails and says not enough cloud quota. I have checked and my cloud quota says  50/300 but really i don;t even know what is taking up 50GB..

the details error clearly shows only 50GB available but email support (which is very slow for US time) is saying they synced my cloud and it should be fine.   well .. its not.. Can i somehow "explore" my cloud storage to see what is taking the 50GB?   and how do I "extend" it to the upgraded 250GB myself for a total of 300?
