After agent install extremely slow

I have a Windows 2022 RDS server with 2 VM's and once I install the Acronis Agent to the VM's they both run extremely SLOW!!!!! When logging into the VM as a remote user it can take up to 3 min to get to the desktop. Mainly a black screen from when clicking connect to the desktop. I have verified that this is not a ISP connection issue as when I try logging in via the RDS Console it does the exact same thing. Once logged in all applications take a long time to respond. If I uninstall the Acronis Agent the system is perfectly fine. I am on the latest version of Acronis Cyber Protect Advanced.

Hello Jason,

You may need to increase the RAM of those virtual machines. Usually, that's the cause of such behavior.

As a test, please do it and check if the issue persists.

This happens when there aren't any users on the system and a single user signs in. This started after the latest update that happened a few months back.

Everything was working fine before the update.

Hello!

That requires an investigation. The team needs to analyze the logs to identify where the overloading comes from and fix it if it comes from our agent. I see there was a ticket raised by yourself in October. I suggest reopening it so we can proceed with that.
