No agents appearing when deploying to multiple devices

Thread needs solution

Hello,

 

When we originally deployed Acronis to our machines, we used to go to "Devices", then choose "Multiple Devices":

From the wizard, we could then select a machine on our network which already had the agent installed.

 

Lately, this has stopped working. Despite having around ~20 PCs/servers on our network, Acronis does not list anything.

Can anyone advise if there is something I need to do to re-instate this list, or is it a known bug I need to discuss with support?
