Hi. This used to be possible on 12.5 and right now I have:

Acronis Management Server on 1 computer

Acronis windows agent 12.5/15 on ther computers.

I understand versions 12.5 don't support shared plans, but, how do i remove a computer from a shared plan??

Can't seem to find how since you removed (or at least i can't find) a way to view and edit backup plans directly, how it was in version 12.5...

Thanks in advance.

Hello Ricardo,

Welcome to Acronis forums!

Please navigate to Devices:

  1. Select the machines that you want to revoke the protection plan from.
  2. Click Protect.
  3. If several protection plans are applied to the machines, select the protection plan that you want to revoke.
  4. Click the ellipsis icon next to the protection plan name, and then click Revoke.

Thank you for your answer.

That is what i thought, but what happened for 2 times i did that test, was my licenses for that machine that were revoked (and not the machine, revoked from the backup plan)...

So, as I understand, the "managing backup plans" option dissapeared; right now, we have to select a certain machine and the edit it's (or shared if on version 15) plans, correct?

But what's confusing, is that on version 12.5 we could have shared plans, but, if the management server is version 15, we can't have shared management plans anymore, correct (unless all machines on version 15).

Thanks.

Ricardo Santos.

Hello Ricardo!

There were several issues with licenses in early released builds which have been fixed. If the build you use is not the latest one, please update all Acronis Cyber Protect components to the latest available build in your account.

So, as I understand, the "managing backup plans" option dissapeared; right now, we have to select a certain machine and the edit it's (or shared if on version 15) plans, correct?

The "Plans" tab has been removed from the Management Console in the Standard edition of the software.
