Acronis Cyber Cloud backup monitoring on datto rmm

Thread needs solution

Hi there,

I'm still getting those alerts on moday, even malwares scans aren't set up for any of my customers.

Message :

Acronis Cyber Protect - Monitoring [WIN] - STATUS: Scan(s) have not been successfully completed

Can't find any alerts on the Acronis console. Any clue to resolve this ?

This alert keeps showing up, even if I manually resolve this, only on monday (backup plans set from monday to friday)...

sorry for the delayed response! I see you had a support ticket opened for this issue, could you tell if the issue has been resolved or any assistance is needed?

Welcome to the forum.

The issues with our advanced features should be investigated by procedure and it's not advisable to apply workarounds.

Please double check if you don't have the A.Protection/scanning active in the backup plan. If it's not active, clean the notifications manually. If they re-appear this should be investigated as I mentioned above.

I have checked the records and at the moment we don't have any known issue with the feature. Please follow this KB and raise a ticket https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153.

If you are under a service provider, please request your SP to contact our support so we can investigate the issue.

Feel free to update this thread with news.
