Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud - Disaster Recovery VPN gateway (point to site) keeps disappearing
Good Day all,
It is the second that we face the issue:
We do deploy a point to site VPN gateway (in Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud > Disaster Recovery > Connectivity) and then connect via OpenVPN succesfully to test connectivity.
After a few days when we visit DR > Connectivity the VPN gateway is disappeared and we have to deploy it but also to donwload new openvpn configuration files as the older are not working...
As previously said, this happened for the second time and we have to do all DR connectivity tasks from scratch...
Any ideas or resolutions?
Thanks in advanced,
Manos

Good Day Jose,
Thank you for your answer but unfortunately this is not our case described in the article you mention...
Our issue is not that the vpn connection is not established or is not stable, our issue is that the configuration of the point to site vpn gateway we have build (see below screenshot) is disappeared after a few days and we are presented with the initial vpn gateway wizard to select point to site or site to site vpn connectivity and to deploy the vpn gateway from scratch.
I think i will contact support as you suggest as this has happened twice so far.

Hello!
If that's the case our support need to reproduce the issue in order to check the root of the issue.
Best regards.
