US5 Datacenter Issue

We are having issues with US5 Datacenter. Backups are either stuck or running extremely slowly. I am almost a week behind on backups due to this. I have tickets open with my vendor and they are working with Acronis, but I wanted to this out there if anyone else is seeing issues on this datacenter. Backups that are not extremely small incrementals are taking 100s of hours in some cases.

 

It seems to be affected recoveries as well.

sorry to know about the issue you are facing with the Cloud performance! Here we have a special tool to test upload and download speed to/from a cloud storage location which might help with the identifying the root cause of the slow performance https://kb.acronis.com/content/67228
Please let us know the results of your investigation with the vendor. 

Yes I was aware of the speedtest archive to io tool. It failed due to the massive loss of ingress/egress speed on US5.

 

The issue has been resolved internally within Acronis. I have not been provided an actual solution, just that it is fixed. And while the speeds are not as high as we are used to on other providers -- we're up and running. Thanks!

Hi Josh where are your servers located? I'm getting great speeds from servers based in LA to US5, but servers in NYC that backup to US5 are really struggling. 

Located in and around Tennessee.  The issue seems to be resolved now!

I'd like to see better speed BUT back a week ago I couldn't get an incremental from a file server to the cloud on US5 if my life depended on it.
