Logging into a VM machine
I installed the agent on a VM server and I cannot seem to gain remote control unless a user is logged into the machine.
If the user is logged into the machine, then I can gain control with the users credentials. I assumed I would be able to log into the remote machine with credentials and not need to have a person logged into the machine.
I also notice if I remote desktop into the computer and then take control with acronis, then minimize the RDP session the Acronis connect session freezes.
I am using "system logon"
Is this expected behavor?

Hello Wayne.
This error means that you're trying to access a session using inappropriate credentials.
How many user accounts do you have on this remote computer? What are these users' statuses (admin or not)? Do these accounts have passwords?
The case is it's impossible to connect to a Windows computer with system logon if the user has no password enabled. It's also impossible to connect to the Administrator session with another Administrator's credentials.
So could you please try to connect using another authentication type, e.g an access code? If it works, it confirms that the wrong credentials are used during the connection.
Please try the following:
- Change the authentication from system logon to “no authentication” , that should solve the issue.
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
The error message "No suitable user session is found" typically indicates that the remote control software is unable to find an active user session on the target VM machine. This error commonly occurs when the software requires an active user session to establish a remote connection.

Hello,
As per my opinion, you can follow this link- https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/CyberProtectionService/#supported-remote-desktop-and-assistance-features.html
