Hello together,

the task runs a long time well. Since a few days first the "ondrive" are not backuped, one day later also "outlook".

It's not possible to delete this task: "Internal error."

I also delete the backup points and try from outher computer.
No success. :-(

Bonjour Wolf,

I had the same problem after changing my Acronis and Microsoft passwords, I was unable to make new backup and/or delete old ones.

I resolved the problem by adding a new Microsoft 365 for home ressource for my Microsoft personnal account and start a new OneDrive and Outlook. 

As I didn't delete my old Microsoft 365 for home ressource before creating the new one, all the old backup jobs are listed as recoverable under Recovery from your new account that I just created and sart a new backup from.
