Cloud storage usage mismatch

Thread solved

Hello, all.

I have "Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office" with 500GB cloud storage.

I'm trying to create a back one computer (data in disk about 100GB) but the application says I've already used all the space (528 GB) and hence the back up cannot be completed. It also shows me the graphical representation with a full bar in red.

However when I log in to Online Dashboard, the storage bar is half way used only and in green. It is available 216 which means there is plenty of space for the backup I'm trying to perform.

Please refer to the attachment and let me know how this mismatch is possible and how to solve it.

Thank you

Kind regards

Miguel

Miguel, welcome to these public User Forums.

Please open a support ticket direct with Acronis Support as per the How to get support? link in the forums as they are the only people able to deal with cloud issues.

Am having the same issue. I opened a support ticket and they responded today:

"We have received the logs that were shared. As this is a mismatch of data on your cloud console and on the application, we are escalating this case to the next level for further investigation. This case is currently being evaluated by the higher level team and we are expecting an update soon."

Will update when I hear back from them.

Instead of waiting for their team to reply, I decided to :

1. Delete my device's cloud backup data

2. Removed the ACPHO client from my device

3. Rebooted device

4. Reinstalled the ACPHO client

5. Performed a new cloud backup

Now, storage values match properly. While not elegant, and w/o a reason as to why, the issue may resurface again.

If/when I hear back from them, I'll post their response.
