Online dashboard not seeing computer as connected!
Hi, we are having a problem where the web online dashboard shows the computer has not been connected for 50 days. Although the acronis software shows backups are working in the logs. This started when we updated to a newer version of acronis. We also no longer get email notifications of successful backups like we used to.
We had cloud backups running, email notifications working, and online dashboard showed the pc as updated. But then sometime shortly after upgrading the the latest build, it started to show the pc was offline in the dashboard.. say 50 days since the pc was last online. Which is weird because our scheduled backups are still running fine. Contacted acronis tech support. They said to :
at the advice of acronis tech support we did this 1)deactivate pc in web account, 2)delete pc profile in online dashboard, 3)logout of acronis desktop software, 4)exit, 5)re-open and login to acronis desktop software, 6) create a small test cloud backup and run, 7) login to online dashboard.... after doing all that, now NO computers show in the online dashboard. The backup works, but the pc does not show in online dashboard.
