registering product

Thread needs solution

I am having difficulty cloning a drive.

 

I've attempted to contact technical support, but it tells me to register my product first.

 

How does one register?

Douglas, welcome to these public User Forums.

You need to log in to your Acronis Account and then register your Acronis serial by clicking on the 'Add keys' button shown at the top left of the account web page.

I'm also having cloning issues and the support site tells me to register the software. It's already registered and shows up under the "Products" tab. I went ahead and re-added the key as you suggested, but nothing changes. It still tells me to register the software.
