Too many activations

Thread needs solution

Today I purchased a subscription to Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office. I entered the product key to activate it. When I chose to use the Recover procedure to recover the latest Windows 10 system backup from my older PC on to my new one i received the message "Too many activations". The online dashboard showed that the problem was Acronis True Image 2018 (PermanentLicense). How do I cancel the license. I have tried @Cancel' on the online dashboard, but it never completes.

If you have a subscription license and have installed ACPHO then you should just need to sign in with your Acronis account credentials and it will resolve any activation issues for that PC.
