DD Home 11.0.216 German: unistall fail

On system XP SP3
The unistall OS-Selctor (11 GE) and True-Image Home 2010 (GE) has no problems
After unistall failing, DD11 can be used normal.
With install / repair DD11 the error can not be fixed
Install / reapair OSS 11 is not possible and give the error- message:
