DD11 and OS Selector

Thread needs solution

I installed the demo version, however, in my case it installed correctly the problem was the OS selector would not work it just booted straight into Windows 7. Tried all the options reinstall, repair etc, same result, if I cannot test it completely there is no way I will purchase it. As a side note the interface looks good when used with Windows XP, But compared to Vista and Windows 7, it looks very dated, the visuals of this component has not been updated from version 10 and looks like a rush job. After all this time I am very disappointed it does not work, it does not look good, by contrast I now use Mandriva 2010 (Linux) its boot loader looks very modern, I can boot Windows 7, Windows Vista and Mandriva Linux. Mandriva also has its own partition manager, which may be slightly slower but does do what I need it to, I also have another operating system that can access windows partitions as well. I have it installed on 3 computers and not just limited to 1 as does Acronis software restrict and all this for free.

Acronis, after many years of using your software which I found superior to others, I now find your business model seriously flawed as does your software, most software allows users to install on more than 1 computer and continue to update the visuals of their software. Acronis you need to take note as I will only be purchasing your software in future if it meets these requirements and of course works, instead of setting the standards your are falling behind others, times are hard if you want me to spend my hard earned cash you need to raise the bar.
