Error 10,223,619(0x9C0003) on Acronis Disk Director 12.5

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have just installed the Acronis Disk Director 12.5 and enter the licence key.

The product successfully installed, but after launching the window showed an error; Failed to obtain actual information about disk sub system with the error code below.

Code:  10,223,619(0x9C0003)
Message: SERIALIZER_ERROR_NO_META_INFO

error code 0x009C0003

I have reboot the system several and the same error appears. Please help as I cannot find any answers in https://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/. Thank you.

thank you for your posting! I haven't found any known solutions for this issue in our system, every similar case required investigation with the help of our expert engineers. If you have time for investigation, I'd recommend raising a support ticket for this issue. 

As a workaround, I'd also try to boot the PC with Acronis bootable media and check if the issue persists.
