Moving partition gives error

Getting an error when I try to move a partition from one disk to another. The error I get is Invalid format (0x70005). Any idea what that means. It's frustrating because it happens at 99%.

Does DD show any errors on the partition?

Do you get the same error if you try to Copy the partition instead of moving it?

Have you run chkdsk /f on the source partition to check for any file system errors?

Is the partition using any kind of encryption?

Hopefully, you have a backup image of the partition.
