OS Selector - Not Registered

Having PURCHASED/REGISTERED and installed Disk Director 11
33 days ago:

I am being told that OS Selector is not registered.

Furthermore, this morning - on the 33rd day of ownership
I can no longer boot my computer
I am getting an error that the OS Selector's configuration files cannot be found.

Furthermore, being that this is beyond my 30 days of support
I am finding myself in shock and betrayed...

Furthermore, after logging into the Acronis support site
and finding that the bootable image files (for download) are offline,
"Please try to download again later."
is making me outraged.

This is definitely NOT
