I get the following problem as I start DD 11.

See the attachment.

How can I solve this problem?

I have already removed the programm and reinstalled DD 10. It's working. But if I than install the update to DD 11 I get the start-problem and the programm does'nt work.

What version of Windows are you using?

Did you uninstall DD 10 before installing DD 11?

Are you using the Home version of DD 11 or one of the business versions?

Are you using the latest build of DD 11?

I am having trouble starting DD 11 latest version. Old version started ok but now gives error code:Acronis Knowledge Base: http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/

Event code: 0x00500001+0x001403EC+0x0000FFF0

Any suggestions?
