Degradation of 4294967294% seems a little excessive
I received and Acronis Disk report today that had the following entry:
Disk Seagate ST31500341AS, serial number 9VS3DFDF, size 1,500.30 GB
Monitoring mode: S.M.A.R.T.
Current disk health: 98%, degradation from last report: 4294967294%
Disk temperature: 32 °C
When I looked at ADM and the disk concerned, there had been ONE re-allocated sector.
A degradation factor of 4294967294% seems to me to be rather excessive. I think someone has their arithmetic incorrect Given it says disk health is 98% surely the degradation from the last report is 2% given the disk was 100% healthy in the last report?

You'd get this number if you entered -2 into an unsigned integer (a number not meant to go below zero). It should be a simple bug to fix. Tell them this. For now, consider the number 4294967296 to be zero, as in no degradation. Subtract two from that, and you have your 2% degradation. If the number is 20 less, then you have 20% degradation, and so on.

Still no response from Acronis on this one and it is still happening - quality of free product reflect on the quality expected of paid for products. Therefore I would expect Acronis to be looking at this soon!
