Restore of IS store is very slow

Hi,

I have a Exchange 2003 server and I'm trying to restore the IS store. The backup file is on a USB drive connected locally to the Exchange server. It's been 24 hrs since the restore started, and it's still running. Size of the backup is about 140GB. Is it normal that the restore is taking this long?
