Access denied when trying to upgrade 4.0.268 -> 4.0.540

I'm trying to upgrade from v 4.0.268 to 4.0.540. I read in the KB that it's easy just to run the setup and choose upgrade.

Upgrade answers:
• Acronis Snap Deploy 4 OS Deploy Server [v. 4.0.268 -> 4.0.540]
• Acronis Snap Deploy 4 Management Agent [v. 4.0.268 -> 4.0.540]
• Acronis Wake-on-LAN Proxy [v. 4.0.268 -> 4.0.540]

On clicking the update button the process fails when trying to upgrade OS Deploy Server with error message 'access is denied':

The user has local admin rights. Services are running under local system account. What can I do to upgrade? Or shall I delete the old installation and install build 540 new?
