I am trying to re image the above Acer 1830 T laptop

I can boot into the first intial set up and get to network adaptors etc but only the IP is showing with the name server and its ip but that is wrong

I have tryed to change the IP to the correct server name or the DNS but after the next step it just stays in processing mode and stays there

Any ideas
