acronis snap deploy 3 can't make image
Hello, I'm booting a Lenovo A70 workstation running Windows 7 pro and whenever I'm trying to create an image of it the Current Operation Progress stays at 0 and the completion time gets up to over 1 day. The partition I am imaging is only 30gb so it shouldn't take long at all, and I've never had it hang on making an image like this. Lenovos come with 3 partitions: first partition is a small system partition, 2nd partition is the windows 7 partition, and the 3rd is a recovery partition. Ideally I just want the 2nd partition, but have tried doing all 3 but the same thing happens. I've used Clonezilla, a free program, with no problems except that it does not change the SID. Any help would be appreciated.

It's build number 3501, the newest one. I've attached the sysinfo.txt

Hi IT Purchases,
Thank you for the info provided.
The issue appears to be related to the NIC drivers. We have a fix for that: custom build, created specially for such case. I will upload it onto the FTP and send you the link to it via PM in a couple of minutes.
This issue's important for us, and I would appreciate if you could kindly keep us posted regarding the issue state.
Should the problem remain, please re-create Acronis Linux Report and send it to us directly.
Thank you once again for cooperation!

Where can I get the custom build? I seem to have the same problem.
Thanks...
