Thread needs solution

I am trying to use Snap Deploy 3 with Lenovo T420i. When I boot the computer it stays on the Processing please wait....

I got the same probleme here with the new T520 and T420s. I have the last relase (3470) install.

You don't have any fix right now..

I try to use the boot CD on the download section without success.
On my side I use a PXE server. I realise that the new network card (Lenovo T520, T420) was not detect by your boot CD or by the Snap Deploy server. No card detect, no IP adress, connection impossible.

Please provide us a solution ASAP. Thanks.

Hello I'm having the same issues with a Lenovo T420. I have upgraded to the latest release and still no joy.
I had the exact same problem with the T410i but support sent me a fix for these quite quickly. In this case however sadly they don't seem to have a fix for us. Maybe their development is all in v4.
To get round this issue i had to fall back and use Norton Ghost if these issues continue i may have to look elsewhere for a solution.
