Hi,
There is no problem regarding to recieve IP for others computers. This is a problem with only Dell E6410
The computer's pxe boot is working. There is menu regarding Master boot image. I selected and created this menu. But I couldn't get acronis network settings and there is no information about network card.
Can you please help this situation urgently?

It's hard to say for sure what exactly happened, but most probably it was a glitch with the PXE server. In order to fix it I would suggest you to update it and will send you the instructions via PM in a minute.

We have the same problem with the new DELL E6410, E4310, M6500 and Optiplex 780 with the new i-processor. Please provide us also asap the solution for that problem.

I too am having hte same issues with the 6410.. can you please send me the pxe update...
i am also having a similar issue with an HP AIO ms218...im hoping the pxe update will fix that as well?

I seem to having the same issues when imaging a Dell Latitude E4310, the nic is not recognised when using acronis.
Im currently using version 9.7.0 build 8206
Any suggestions would be great.

Andy, thank you for specifying the build number! Unfortunately it's outdated. The latest one is 8398. You can download it directly from your account. Could you please reinstall your current version with the latest build and let me know whether the issue persists?

I'm having similar problems pushing an image to an e6410 - I can get it to recognize the NIC and connect to the deployment server (using latest bootable media) but as soon as the image starts to deploy the laptop reboots.

I've checked the case and can see that you've already been provided with the PXE update, but these boot components are outdated ones. Let's do the following:
- I will send you the newest PXE updates via PM. Please follow the instructions and see whether the issue persists
- Should it be present, please try building PXELinux, it should resolve the issue as well

If the PXE Linux option failed to resolve the issue, I would suggest to revert back to the original Snap Deploy 3 Pxe Server, collect the following diagnostic information and submit a support request with it. Hi guys,
i have some problems too. I want do recover an image on a new Latitude e6410 from our server. First i tryed it with an older Acronis version on my usb stick. but after klicking on browse for images the laptop crashes. Second Idea was to run the new Acronis version from cd drive. But when i klick again on browse there is no network connection to the server and i cant find my image files.
Can someone help me please.

From the description of the problem, it appears there is a drivers issue in our bootable media.
We can proceed by trying the latest version of our bootable media, but unfortunately, I am not 100% certain which program you are using as well as I did not find any registered programs under your Acronis web-account. You can try registering it or if it is registered under a different e-mail, you can always send me a private message with details.

i got a also a problem with the latest version of Acronis True Image 2010, which i downloaded yesterday from the support.
I got a new Dell Latitude E6410 and the Boot CD doesn't find any network controller so i can't connect to my server where i want to load the image from...
Any suggestion for help?

I am getting the same problem we just received HP ProBook 6550b and we can't deploy an image it just sits there. Also we are trying to deploy an image that was created on a Dell D830 Win7x64 to our new HP 6550b this should work if I am not mistaken. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I too am having this problem. My PXE server is updated with latest 3329 build but trying to PXE boot causes computer to be stuck on the "Processing, please wait" screen. It also doesn't recognize the NIC during configuration if I try to create or deploy an image. Please advise on what I need to do. Thanks.

Acronis tech support had to send me updated files and instructions to get this working. They should be able to do the same with you.

Hey All,
I'm using the trial version of Acronis Snap Deploy 3 [version 3329] and i can't get the network card [eth0] to show on an E6410. Works fine on an E6400. I tried the linux pxe as well as the default pxe installation. Just curious how everyone got the E6410 eth0 to show up.

As I can see from the Forum logs, all of you were already provided with the instructions and links regarding bootable components update. Most of you never returned, which we take for a good sign, though it would still be nice to know whether everything's working and the problem fixed.
Anyway, we've noticed that this thread's actually related to the same issue discussed here - the lack of drivers in the original bootable components. As all you know, this issue is important for us, especially when we're working on the next Acronis Snap Deploy 3 update, so we'd like to have all the information stored in one place. Thus let's lock this thread and use this one for future references, information, comments and concerns.
