Dell Precision T3600 with PERC H310 RAID Controller dont work

I am trying to deploy the new Dell Precision T3600 Workstation, this workstation will be delivered with PERC H310 Raid Controller and with 1 SSD in my case.
To create an Image with PXE is very easy and works all the time but when i try to deploy my Windows 7 hold at 1% and restart. After the restart i become the Message MBR Error 1.
I think the Harddisk was cleaned by Acronis
What is my fault? Must i insert the Driver for RAID?
