Deployment hangs at 2%

Have been using Snap deploy for almost a year now with no problems. Now, in the last week, I have been unable to push a build to any machine, using any of images. Everyone of them hangs at 2% once deployment begins. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes. I just downloaded the latest build, and I'm having the same problem. All deployments hang at 2%.
