Does Snap Deploy use the same License server as Backup and Recovery?

Thread needs solution

I would think the answer to this would be Yes. However when I try to load in the serials.txt file downloaded from my local computer I get an error "Adding new license(s) failed" I tried it both ways, add serial number manually, and import from file, both give me the same error.

The Advanced Backup and Recovery licenses imported without a problem.

What are my next step(s) to resolving this issue?

Unfortunately there are several reasons for this issue: the glitch occurred either to the licenses or to the License Server. Due to the lack of diagnostic information it's hard to identify the exact one. Could you please gather the following information: 

  1. License Server screenshot
  2. Snap Deploy licenses
  3. Build number of the License Server
  4. Acronis Info from the problem machine

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.
