Error code: 8 - module: 126 || No access to image file

Hi everybody,

I've a big problem for some time with Acronis Snap Deploy 4 and don't get it solved.

At the beginning all my template files (*.tib) were located on a NAS, approved as SMB share and entitled via ACLs. For some time everything worked fine, before my deployment tasks are broken with the attached error message. Nothing was changed on SMB share or ACLs. If the templates were located on the server, where also Acronis is installed, the deployment worked again.

Thereby I copied all images to our windows file server and setted up the correct permissions. Everything was working fine again for some time, before the same error appears again. :(

If the images are located locally on the server, where also Acronis is installed, everything is working. But if the images are located on any network share there appears the attached error after some days.

Has anyone an idea how I can solve this issue?
