Hello Anton

thank You for the answer.

i made a AcronisInfo report and tried to subbmit a error request. but every time, i push the button "submit" on the support contact form, a Browser error occured (broken connection). i used IE8 and Firefox.

As a work-arround i tried to make a image with acronis master image creator. I boot with pxe (for this, i have to set the Harddrive-Settings in BIOS to ATA, othjerwise i cant boot with pxe), but in the master image creator, i don't find a network card. so im not able to store the image on the acronis server.

For this image, i used a Dell Latitude E6510.

thank you
Claude

Having a similar issue. I have a brand new out fo the box Latitude E6410. I built up a "base install" to use as a foundation for future builds and tried to boot off the NIC to Acronis Snap Deploy 3. I was able to get through the PXE boot, select Acronis Image Creator. then the screen goes black and all I have for a message is Unable to Load Linux Kernel. Press to reboot.

I had a similar issue months ago with the Lenovo W510 series and had to update some kernal files on Acronis. Guess it's time to update again, or is there something else going on?
