How to reset license status?

Thread needs solution

I am running a training room with 10 seats and using Snap&Deploy version 5. I am happy with it and everthing runs perfectly.

Now 2 machines got a new motherboard and I am not able to deploy the devices. There is a message in the log "no free licenses are avaliable".

My support contract is expired.

Is there a way to reset the licenses?

Hello all,

Acronis License Server of Acronis Snap Deploy has no option to revoke a license. A license is assigned to MAC-Address of a network card. In case machine or a network card is replced Acronis Snap Deploy license is lost. 

Please contact Acronis support team in order to get new licenses for free. Please provide some verification that machines have been decommissioned and screenshots of the License Server showing decommissioned MAC addresses
