List of MAC addresses with Machine Licenses
Hopefully this is a simple question. We have 400 machine licenses that have been used and I have some of the machines here that have been retired due to various hardware failures. In the Snap Deploy Management console I can see our list of licenses and our list of deployed machines - but I don't see a way of seeing which license went to which MAC address so I can properly decommisson them and reassign the licenses to the replacement machines. I believe I am interpretting the licensing properly here. How can I see what license was used with a particular MAC address?

Standard License. A single license is required for use on a single machine; such license is non-transferable and non-assignable, except in limited circumstances. The limited circumstances include where the original machine the Software license was deployed on: (i) becomes non-functioning or obsolete; and (ii) is taken out of service. In such cases, the license is transferable to a replacement machine.

Hardware decommissioning
If you have a machine that had an Acronis Snap Deploy machine license assigned decommissioned, please contact Acronis Customer Central - and provide a screenshot of Acronis License Server with the respective used license shown (along with the MAC address visible), as well as documentation from your IT department confirming the decommissioning of the system in question.
