The machine refuses to become ready

Hello,

I would like to deploy the image of the master machine to an external machine. However, she refuses to get "ready" in the acronis Administration Console. Both machines are on, on the same network, but still "not ready".

Here are the steps I performed:

1) Acronis instalaltion (and all its components) on both machines
2) Creation of the master image from machine 1.
3) Connection to the server deploy directory machine1 with machine2.

I searched in Acronis guide but it explains only briefly how to make the machines ready because it looks easy.

No one has a possible solution? How do you do to make ready machine?
