Occasional problems with PXE service?

Thread needs solution

I've been using the Snap Deploy Management Console (build 3329) to push out images. Since we've installed this newest version and boot to the PXE server, about once a month the PXE server hangs. This thus causes the image to not push out and no matter what I attempt to do (either get into the PXE server configuration, or push images) I get a Not Responding error and it crashes. In the past I've fixed this by uninstalling the PXE server and then setting it back up. It works everytime, but I also have extra drivers I've manually added for our E6410 Dell images and these always need to be added back in.

Long story short 1) Why is the PXE service doing this about once a month? 2) Why does the service refuse to start no matter what Error is:
Log Name: System
Description:
The Acronis PXE Service service terminated with service-specific error 1 (0x1).

3) How can I prevent it from failing me as consistently as it has been so I don't have to keep contacting support to get my additional drivers added in (aka uninstalling and reinstalling the PXE Server).

Hello Tom,

Thank you for your message and I would like to welcome you to our forum. I will do my best to assist you.

At the moment it is not very clear why this issue occurs. The best way to resolve it would be to collect diagnostic information from the PXE server which will help us to figure out what exactly is causing this problem.

Please collect the following information and submit a support request so that our Support team can fix this issue:

1. Dr. Watson crash dumps.

2. AcronisInfo report from the machine where the PXE server is installed.

If you need additional help or have any other questions, please let me know.

Thank you.

We are using the Acronis Snap Deploy solution (build 3345 - Bigfix OEM release). Intermittently we face issues with the PXE service stopping. There is no specific pattern on when the problem occurs. "Acronis file service" & "PXE service " have to be restarted manually. No errors are reported.

Any suggestions, we have disabled the McAfee Virus scan to run on any of the Acronis folders and services. With this the frequency of the problem did reduce but not resolved
