Problem with PXE Boot and boot from bootable Medium - HP A9100 All in One

Thread needs solution

Hi All

In our company we use Acronis Snap Deploy 4 to deploy images. Now we have got new computers (HP A9100 All in One), but these won't connect to the server. If we boot from a bootable medium that we created in Acronis Snap Deploy the client doesn't find the server. We also can not boot over PXE boot (Client doesn't find a server).
We think the problem is the NIC, I also read several posts about this (well known) problem, but it doesn't help.

My question is, is it possible to configure the bootable medium to deposit NIC Drivers?

Sorry for my bad english, i hope you understand my problem...

Thanks for Help!

Best wishes

I just tried it again, there comes an error message with the error code E0033001D

Thank you for help!

have you tried setting a static IP on the client PC for the network? In some cases ive found DHCP not working very well and just adding an IP manually can solve the issue.

hi bbam support

thank you for fast response.

Yes, all the clients have a static IP-Adress. Our Snap-Deploy Server is also in the same subnet as all the clients...

Just tried it again.

I set the IP Adress manually, as the server name.
When I boot the client normally in Windows, I can send pings in both directions without an error:

Client ==> Server
Server ==> Client

If I start the client with the Acronis CD and choose the option "Acronis Snap Deploy 4 Agent" I can't ping
the Client
I just updated the NIC driver, but I can't ping the client.

Any Ideas??

Thank you for help
