I am trying to set up an image so that I can set up a new machine that I have for a user with winx XP SP3. I would like to set up the users new machine up exactly with the same programs/files that the user currently has. I tried with the template but this doesn't look like I can do what I need to.

Hello Michael,

Thank you for finding time to open the thread regarding this question. I understand your concern, and will be glad to help you.

I would like to assure you that the image created contains all  the programs/files that the user on the images machine has. Thus after the deployment you will receive the exact copy of the original machine. The template is used for changing some settings on the target machine like the User name, domain, etc...

Thus you will have the exact same set up on the new machine after deployment. You can find more details in the User's Guide.
