Snap Deploy 3 - Can't create master image properly
I'm having some trouble with a new desktop and Snap Deploy 3 for my company. We recently purchased some Dell Studio XPS desktops, (Core i7's, Windows 7 Pro x64) and took one of the machines and went about creating a master image. But when we hook it up to our Acronis Server (Ghost Server) and choose Master Image Creator, we don't get the option to store the image onto our Ghost Server, nor are we able to change the network settings of the desktops NIC card (IP and Subnet Mask). We can get to the Network Settings, but it doesn't let us change the settings, let along see them. Also, we can pick the hard drive that the image will be made from, but it keeps telling us that the only places we can store said image is on the Desktops C: drive or the Recovery Parition(which I still don't understand how it's possible to store an image on a recovery partition, but w/e). So does anyone know a solution to this conundrum?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hello Joseph and Roth!
Thank you for your comments!
Dear Joseph, I've addressed your request previously, but haven't heard from you back. I take it as a good sign, but anyway would appreciate if you could let me know whether the issue got fixed.
Dear Roth, your concern is entirely understandable. I can see though that you've already been provided with the PXE update links, and would appreciate if you could kindly tell me whether the solution works for you.
I share your opinion regarding the update release date, but the good news is that we were promised the update to be ready shortly. Unfortunately there are still no timeframes regarding the exact date, the build is still being tested. But if you wish, you can sigh up to our newsletters, and as soon as we have the build ready, you will be notified shortly.
Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!
Thank you!
