Some options missing in template after update to version 3329

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I just installed the update for Snap Deploy (3329). When I start creating a new template for deployment I get less options then before.
I'm missing the option for: 'User Accounts', 'computer names - domain - workgroup', 'network settings', 'security identifiers',... and more important i can't choose between normal deploy and universal deploy.
I still have unused licenses for both snap deploy and universal deploy.

Does anyone have any sugestions?

Tnx,

Thomas

Yana,

I am having the same problem with one of my deployment templates. I am on Build 3470. One template for Dell Optiplex 380 shows all of the network options and deploys correctly. The other template using an image for a Dell Latitude E4200 will not let me choose these network options.

Hello Chris,

Thank you for posting. I will do my best to help you.

Most likely this issue occurs because our software cannot detect the OS in the image. Please try recreating the image and try one more time.

To get this issue resolved it will require additional investigation. Please provide a step by step description of your steps, collect an Acronis report from the source machine and contact our Support team.

If you need additional help, please let me know.

Thank you.

I'll start with creating a new image for the Dell Latitude E4200 and provide an update as I learn more.

Thanks for the quick reply.
