Stuck on deploy screen

Thread needs solution

I am trying to get acronis working to where we can image computers remotely. On the computer I am running the test on. I get to where the deployment screen is on and on our server I run the task to deploy out. On our test computer it begins the deploy and 5 seconds into it. It stops and goes back to the deployment screen. Any ideas?

You will need to contact Acronis Support Team  for this issue investigation. You will be required to reproduce this software behaviour and collect the following files:

At first, please collect system information under an Acronis bootable media:

  1. Create an Acronis bootable media and check the Place Agent's logs on the deployment server box in order to collect logs. This option will be available at the Network settings step. 
  2. When creating the media, select the Acronis System Report check box in the list of components.
  3. Attach a USB drive to the machine for which you want to collect information.
  4. Boot that machine from the media.
  5. In the boot menu, click Acronis System Report.

The tool saves the file with system information to the USB drive. If two or more USB drives are attached, the tool saves the file to the first such drive it finds.

Then please boot your test PC with this media (in the boot menu select Acronis Bootable Media) and reproduce this issue. 

The log will be available on the deployment server in the following folder: %AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\Acronis\DeployServer\AgentsLogs .

Otherwise, please do this step

Create an Acronis bootable media and check the Place Agent's logs on the deployment server box in order to collect logs. This option will be available at the Network settings step. 

and then follow instructions from this KB article on how to collect Acronis System Information from the remote test PC with this media: https://kb.acronis.com/content/60643

Right after system information is collected, continue with this step:

Then please boot your test PC with this media (in the boot menu select Acronis Bootable Media) and reproduce this issue. 

The log will be available on the deployment server in the following folder: %AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\Acronis\DeployServer\AgentsLogs .

Then please open a case with Acronis Support Team (select Pre-sales/Trial/Activation section) and share Acronis System Report and AgentsLogs with engineers for issue investigation.
